In September 2025, Aitchison Raffety proudly became part of Graham + Sibbald Property Consultants Limited, marking an exciting new chapter in our growth.

This acquisition enhances our UK-wide reach and multi-disciplinary expertise, allowing us to offer clients even greater access to specialist knowledge and resources – all while maintaining the personal service, integrity, and trusted relationships that define our approach.

Together, Aitchison Raffety and Graham + Sibbald form a dynamic, client-focused national consultancy, delivering strategic, professional, and tailored property solutions across the UK.

To ensure a seamless transition for both our people and clients, Aitchison Raffety and Graham + Sibbald will continue to trade as separate entities for an initial period, ahead of full integration in early 2026
