We have recently provided comprehensive property advice on behalf of a private client at 73 Great Titchfield Street. The property is a Grade II listed Georgian themed mixed-use asset providing ground and basement retail accommodation with four self-contained office suits on the upper floors.
Our Outcome
The local team of experts have collaborated to provide best-in-class commercial advice. Our initial instruction consisted of providing a valuation of the client’s portfolio, which led to successful allocation as Property Managers for the property. The management team have diligently liaised with the outgoing property managers, and the client, to achieve a seamless handover whilst at the date of instruction resourcefully dealing with new rent invoices and outgoing tenants.
From our experience, mixed-use multi-tenanted assets often require professional attention and require constant ongoing proactive management for optimal results. We therefore successfully introduced our local advisors for lease advisory matters and our agency team to market the vacant floors. To date, the team has advised across a lease renewal and overseen a new letting for one of the vacant office units.
