Dolphin House Surgery, Hertfordshire
Our Building Surveying team was instructed by Dolphin House Surgery in 2018 as their monitoring surveyor for a new medical centre development which was part a conversion of a former fire station and part new construction.
The medical centre is a part two storey and partly three storey building with a floor area of approximately 1,000 sq m and provides 12 clinical rooms and associated accommodation.
We advised the Practice from an early stage in the design.
