Our Commercial Agency team has been instructed for over seven years by Boultebee LDN (previously instructed under a different ownership) to act in a commercial agency and rent review/lease renewal capacity.
We have been involved in the reconfiguration of two floors of offices within the centre totalling over 6,000 sq ft (Abbeyview). The accommodation was previously occupied by six tenants, however, at the end of the original tenancies, two of the occupiers wished to increase their demise.
This involved the reconfiguration of the layouts, determining specifications and extent of works, agreeing new lease terms with the remaining occupiers, and also identifying alternative accommodation for the displaced occupiers.
Our team continues to work with Boultbee LDN on their proposed 23,000 sq ft office development and to date, this has involved input into the design and layout of the scheme, advising on rental levels and marketing together with related budgets.
