This appointment comes as the company continues to expand its Valuation team across the UK. The promotion of Emma marks a significant step forward in their commitment to develop talent and experience within the business and to deliver exceptional service to its diverse range of clients nationwide.
Emma has been an Area Director at Aitchison Raffety since 2023, bringing with her extensive experience and in-depth local knowledge of London and the South. Prior to joining AR, she was part of one of the market-leading retail valuation teams at JLL.
In her new role, Emma will lead the valuation team with a strong focus on delivering outstanding client service, underpinned by high-quality advice and up-to-date market insights.
