Joe Richardson
Surveyor
Joe is a Commercial Surveyor based at the St Albans office and joined Aitchison Raffety in September 2024 having graduated from Cardiff University, in Human Geography and Planning.
In his role, Joe mainly deals with agency in St Albans and Hitchin, letting and selling all types of commercial properties.
He also works closely with the lease advisory team assisting with rent reviews and lease renewals.

Fun Fact: Outside of work, my main hobby is swimming. I still train often and used to swim competitively up until recently
