Our Healthcare team has brought historic rent reviews in line, for one of the largest medical centres in Hertfordshire. This resulted in the highest rate per sq m agreement in the area. We have also recently agreed the Heads of Terms for the surrender of two leases to merge into one new one, obtaining NHS approval for this.
We are in the process of resolving retrospective planning issues and reviewing the pharmacy rent. In addition we have also been instructed to market the property.
In 2021, the surgery was shortlisted for two awards: HVCCG Practice of the Year and National GP Team of the Year in the General Practice Awards.
