Summerfield Health Centre, Hertfordshire
Our Building Surveying team was instructed by Summerfield Health Centre in 2019 as their monitoring surveyor for a new medical centre development which was located on land adjacent to Caledon Road, London Colney, St Albans. The medical centre is a two storey building with a floor area of approximately 860 sq m and provides 12 clinical rooms and associated accommodation.
We advised the Practice from an early stage in the design.
