We were asked to carry out a desktop valuation of 30 properties located throughout the UK. We were provided with previous valuation reports from external valuers. Unless we were notified, we assumed all information remained the same. We assessed Methodology, Market Rent and Investment Yield / rate per SQ ft for each property.
The Portfolio consisted of 30 properties comprising of Industrial, Offices, Elderly Care Homes, Hotels, Children’s Day Nurseries, Food Outlets, Guest Houses B&B, Public Houses, Retail, Leisure, and Professional Practices.
Our Valuation team provided a detailed review of the previous valuation reports reflecting today’s market. Where there were large discrepancies, these were highlighted to the client with clear rationale and advised for further investigation when required. We used our time efficiently selecting the right surveyor for the valuation in terms of expertise and location, ensuring a high level of service was delivered to the client’s timeframes.

Our client received a detailed, yet concise review of their portfolio, which provided them with the insight needed to support their lending decisions.
