Aitchison Raffety was instructed by Network Rail to identify a development partner for the redevelopment of a large brownfield site next to St Albans railway station.
We undertook a design and financial tender culminating in the selection of Linden Homes, and negotiated a complex condition contract. Linden successfully obtained planning consent for 370 dwellings plus car parking, station improvements, doctors surgery, leisure and commercial space.
